At Sajobhi, we are committed to delivering your high quality jewellery with care and efficiency. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we handle deliveries.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • During high-volume periods (festivals, sales, etc.), processing may take an additional 1–2 days.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.


2. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping (Pan India): ₹50 (Free on orders above ₹999)

  • Express Shipping: ₹120 (optional, 1–2 day delivery in select cities)

Note: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order value and delivery location.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Locations: 5–8 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

All delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.


4. Shipping Partners

We work with trusted courier partners  to ensure timely and safe delivery across India.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you’ll receive an SMS or email with the tracking number and link. You can also track your order from the “Track My Order” section on our website.


6. Delivery Issues

  • If you’re unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt redelivery or contact you.

  • In case of delays, lost parcels, or damaged packaging, contact us within 48 hours at:

7. International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping will be available soon.


8. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your delivery address before placing the order. Sajobhi is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
